Other Connection Methods
Web Console (Browser-Only)
If your resource supports it, you can connect directly from the browser:
- Click on your resource in Loome
- Click Web Console or Open in Browser
- A new tab will open with access to your resource
This works from any platform with a modern browser, including Chromebooks.
Azure Portal Access
For advanced management, you can access your resource directly in Azure:
- Click on your resource in Loome
- Look for View in Azure or Azure Portal link
- You’ll be taken to the Azure portal for that resource
Common Issues
| Issue | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Connection refused | Resource not running | Start the resource first |
| Connection timeout | IP not allowed | Check resource firewall/network settings |
| Popup blocked | Browser settings | Allow popups for the Loome site |
