Connecting to Your Workspace
Your workspace is running — now let’s connect to it. Compute Service supports several connection methods; pick the one that suits your workflow.
Connection Methods
| Method | Description | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| SSH | Command-line terminal access | Linux workspaces, scripting, automation |
| DCV (Browser) | Remote desktop in web browser | GUI applications, no client install needed |
| DCV (Client) | Remote desktop via native client | Best performance for graphics-intensive work |
| Web IDE | VS Code in browser | Development and coding |
| HTTPS | Direct web access to workspace services | Web applications hosted on workspace |
