Workspace Won’t Start

  1. Wait a few minutes and try again
  2. Check workspace status for error messages
  3. Contact support if the issue persists

Workspace Stuck in Stopping/Starting

  1. Wait 5-10 minutes
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Contact support if stuck for more than 15 minutes

Provisioning Takes Too Long

  • Normal provisioning takes 5-10 minutes
  • If over 20 minutes, check the workspace status for errors
  • Contact support if stuck in “Provisioning” state

Provisioning Failed

  • Check that your project has sufficient credits
  • Verify your configuration settings are valid
  • Contact support with the workspace ID for assistance
