Getting Access

Before you can create a workspace, you’ll need a few things in place.

Prerequisites

Requirement Description
Account Access Your account must be approved and activated
SSH Key Pair Required for connecting to Linux workspaces (you’ll create this in the portal)
Network Access Your IP address must be whitelisted for connections

Steps to Get Started

  1. Request access through the standard process — see the Request Access guide for full details
  2. Wait for your account to be approved and activated
  3. Log in to the Compute Service portal with your credentials
  4. Create an SSH key pair (covered in Creating Your First Workspace)
